Swallow Magic Defeat Fifth streak

Orlando Magic are still not able to get out of negative trends. Magic was forced to accept fifth straight defeat after defeat at home to guests from New York Knicks by a score of 80-96.

At the Amway Center, Orlando, Florida on Friday (06/04/2012) morning local time, Carmelo Anthony contributed 19 points for the Knicks. Reserve player JR Smith emerged as the best performers with 15 points and nine assists for 34 minutes in action in the field.

Point forward Glen Davis scored the highest points in the stronghold of the Magic with 15 points and seven rebounds. While Dwight Howard appear less bright with a scooped eight points and eight rebounds.

Initially the game was quite exciting with the first quarter ended with the score tight enough to edge the Knicks 23-21.

Knicks dominance are increasingly seen in the second quarter with 33 points and Magic pack only able to collect 23 points. As a result, the benefits of increasing the width of a 56-44 Knicks.

Celtics Lose Again
